broke a clip? we'll replace it. no questions.

every goodbread clip is guaranteed for life against the spring failing, the teeth snapping, or the clip cracking. if that happens, at any point, we send you a new one.

how it works:

• email support@goodbreadgoods.com with your order name or the email you used, plus a photo of the clip. that's all we need.
• we reply within two working days with a replacement on the way.
• keep the broken one, bin it, turn it into a fridge magnet. we don't want it back.

if the exact clip is sold out we'll offer you a swap for anything else at the same price, or you can wait for the restock.

lost it, left it on a train, dog ate it? not covered, sorry. but email us anyway and we'll see what we can do.

you've got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging. gift-wrap it back up if you can.

email us first so we know it's coming. return postage is on you unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, in which case it's on us.

refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the clip landing with us.

email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the right one straight out. no return needed.

free on orders over $35. small-batch drops ship on the date shown on the product page, then 2 to 5 working days in the US and UK, 5 to 10 elsewhere. you'll get a tracking link by email when it goes.

nothing here takes away any rights you already have under consumer law where you live. this policy is on top of those, not instead of them.
